What Are Our Fees for Chiropractic Care?
Initial Visit :
$45 (Initial Exam & Consultation Fee)
$45 (Adjustment Fee)
Total for First Visit: $45 + $45 = $90
Follow Up Visit:
$45 per Adjustment (Visit)
Each subsequent chiropractic session is $45.
Re-exam: $45 (required every 12 visits).
Our fees reflect straightforward pricing with no obligation to commit to extended plans. The prepayment packages below are simply optional ways to save if you choose.
 Optional Prepayment Wellness Care
Option 1:
12-Adjustment Package @ $495                     Average visit $41.25
  • Prepay for 10 Adjustments + 1 Re-exam ($45)  
  • Receive 12 Adjustments (2 Free Adjustments)
  • Expiration: 3 months from the date of purchase
These packages can also be shared among family members, allowing each member to use the adjustments as needed while keeping the total value within the prepaid package.
Option 2:
24-Adjustment Package @ $900                     Average visit $37.50
  • Prepay for 20 Adjustments + 2 Re-exams (free)
  • Receive 24 Adjustments (4 Free Adjustments)
  • Expiration: 6 months from the date of purchase
These packages can also be shared among family members, allowing each member to use the adjustments as needed while keeping the total value within the prepaid package.

Policies & Guidelines for Prepayment Wellness Plans:

  •  Free Visits: Free visits on the 12-Adjustment and 24-Adjustment Prepayment Plans are applicable when the full package is purchased in advance, and only for the final visit(s) of the package as specified above.
  • Refunds: If you decide not to complete your package and wish to end it early, you must notify us in writing before the expiration date. In that case, we will refund the remaining balance you’ve paid. If the doctor needs to discontinue a patient’s Wellness Care Prepayment Package, a refund will be issued. Refunds will be calculated as follows:
    • $45 per adjustment for any remaining sessions (except the last session(s), which are free).
  • Expiration & Non-Refundable Sessions: Sessions that are not used within the expiration period are non-refundable, and no credit will be issued after the expiration date.
  • HSA/FSA Payments: HSA and FSA payments cannot be used for prepayment programs but are eligible for per-visit payments.
  • Insurance Self-Submission: If you plan to submit claims to your insurance provider yourself, prepayment packages are not eligible. Instead, we recommend using our pay-per-visit option, which is better suited for self-billing and reimbursement.

  • Initial Exam: The initial exam is required for all new patients and is not included in any prepayment options.
  • Re-exams: Re-exams are required every 12 visits and will be compared to the initial exam.
  • Clarifications: We reserve the right to provide clarification or explanation regarding the discount and refund process if needed.
