Shockwave Therapy Fees & Policies

Designed for one primary condition or treatment region.

  • New Patient Shockwave Therapy Visit (Exam & Session – 30 minutes): $79
  • Shockwave Therapy Follow-Up Visit (20 minutes): $125
  • Shockwave Therapy Package (5 Visits – 20 minutes each): $500

All services are provided by Dr. Gordon Fimreite.

Package Discount

  • The 5-visit package rate reflects a discounted rate compared to individual follow-up visits.
  • The package must be purchased in full in advance to receive the discounted pricing.
  • Package visits are non-transferable and may not be shared between patients.

Refunds for Early Termination

  • If you choose not to complete your 5-visit package, written notice must be provided prior to the package expiration date.
  • Refunds for unused visits will be calculated as follows:
  • Used visits will be charged at the regular follow-up rate of $125 per visit.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded after deducting the full-rate cost of visits already used.
  • If the doctor determines that Shockwave Therapy should be discontinued, unused visits will be refunded under the same calculation method.

Expiration Policy

  • The 5-visit package expires 4 months from the date of purchase.
  • Visits not used within the expiration period are non-refundable.
  • No credit or extension will be issued after the expiration date.

We reserve the right to provide clarification or explanation regarding package pricing and refund calculations as necessary.
