For the upcoming year, write out your goals. List them out. Do the same for your lifetime goals. For the previous year, write out your biggest successes or things that you accomplished that made your year. Write what you learned (personally and professionally) and how you grew from the previous year. This can be as brief or extensive and detailed as you’d like. You’re creating your future. Visualize Your Goals The next step in helping you achieve your goals is by visualizing them. How effective is visualization? Try this. Close your eyes and picture yourself biting into a lemon. What happened? Good chance you started salivating. Creative visualization is a powerful and rapid means to changing your thinking. Just by seeing in your mind’s eye what you want to achieve, whether it will be to become healthier, richer, thinner, nicer, sexier or more loving, visualization will help you know what it would feel like and make it more likely you will take the steps needed to fulfill your dreams.
